For over 50 years, Sepam has been machining aluminium parts for the automotive and manufacturing industries. Die-casting, gravity casting and forging are used to make the products.

We supply the finished parts to the world’s leading automotive and manufacturing companies.

We run the entire production process directly, following each stage up to delivery to the customer: choosing the foundry, purchasing the castings, machining, seal tests, washing, assembly of components and surface treatments.

HISTORY

1964

Sepam S.r.l. was founded 4 as a one-man company

1987

Sepam becomes a limited liability company and assumes the present name.

1989

Building of a new factory of 1200 sq.m. and introduction of new machinery.

1999

Certification Quality System according to ISO9002.

2004

Certification Quality System according to ISOTS16949:2002 and ISO9001:2000.

2005

Vertical growth in the supply chain. We offer to our customers finished products, taking over the management of sub-suppliers in both directions: from casting purchase to thermic and surface treatments suppliers management. In the same year we strongly increase the export turnover.

2006

Integration of the Leakage Test Process with current presence of nr. 8 Leakage Test Benches.

2007

Quality System implementation according to specific requirements for “Safety and Critical products” in accordance with the guide line “Product Safety Audit” Knorr-Bremse.

2008

Building of a new factory of 2000 sq.m.

2017

Expansion of the production plant of 2100 sq.m. Building of new offices, 750 sq.m.
